Al-Jalil Association implementing project under name ”Improved development opportunities for children and youth (Palestinian, Syrian and Lebanese) living in and around Al Jalil camp, Baalbak, through strengthened capacities of Children of Al Jalil Center supported by PGS and with support from Forum Syd”.   

The project aims to improve its internal, management and democratic processes via capacity building for board members, staff and volunteers. This is done at specific monthly workshops with themes like Environment, Gender, Human Rights-Child Rights, planning, fundraising, communication, management, reporting, integration, active learning. These workshops help the board members, staff and volunteers to develop and improve their capacities in their daily work at the association, and involve children and youth in internal decision-making, planning and monitoring. 

This will reflect positively on our community and for the children directly through our programs.
